No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Quality Store Fixtures.  Please email us at sales@qualitystorefixtures.com .  Please write the word  "Return" and your order number in the subject field, and provide us with the reason for your return.  We will then provide you with a return authorization number.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, and at the purchaser's sole expense. Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  No return will be processed without a return authorization number indicated on the return ship label.
